Vapor
An art platform that refuses to be invisible.
The problem
Vapor aggregates emerging digital artists across mediums. The previous platform was a Pinterest-style grid: contextless, flat, gallery-blind. Artists felt their work was being cheapened, not celebrated.
The thinking
We rebuilt around the concept of 'context first': every artist gets a micro-environment that reflects their medium and process. The platform's UI becomes a substrate, not a frame. Editorial spreads replace infinite scroll for curated drops.
The result
Artist retention increased 67% in the first quarter post-launch. The editorial format attracted three major gallery partnerships that converted the platform from aggregator to tastemaker.
